Happy 60th birthday, Pembrokeshire Coast!

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park turns 60 on February 29th 2012.

That’s 60 years of breathtaking beauty in a unique place that’s equally beloved of wildlife lovers, adrenaline junkies or those seeking out a quiet break from the stresses of day-to-day life.

The Park was designated in 1952 and remains the only UK National Park recognised primarily for its coastline.
But although the coastline is now regarded as among the world’s best and most beautiful, it’s not only the coast that is worth celebrating.
